Applications are available from van drivers and other WorkLink staff, and at selected community sites, including tenant councils at Prospect Terrace, Mapleview Terrace, Hawkins Village, and Marion Circle You can also click here for an application form you can print out and send us, or click here for a form you can fill out online. When we have your application, we'll contact you about having your ID photo taken. That can happen at our office, but we also take photos when WorkLink/Ship of Zion staff make outreach visits to various community locations. During these visits we conduct travel training and provide community information in addition to taking photos. Children ages 12-17 can have their own WorkLink ID cards if their parents fill out an application for them. To ensure safe and efficient operation, we ask WorkLink riders to follow a few rules:
