WorkLink is FREE, and there are no income restrictions on use of the service. Just fill out an application, get your ID photo taken, and we'll give you your card.

Applications are available from van drivers and other WorkLink staff, and at selected community sites, including tenant councils at Prospect Terrace, Mapleview Terrace, Hawkins Village, and Marion Circle

When we have your application, we'll contact you about having your ID photo taken. That can happen at our office, but we also take photos when WorkLink/Ship of Zion staff make outreach visits to various community locations. During these visits we conduct travel training and provide community information in addition to taking photos. Children ages 12-17 can have their own WorkLink ID cards if their parents fill out an application for them.

To ensure safe and efficient operation, we ask WorkLink riders to follow a few rules:

·	Riders' ID cards must be scanned every time they use the van service.
·	Any child under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
·	Pennsylvania law requires that children under the age of 4 be secured in an approved child safety seat. Children between ages 4 and 8 must be in a booster seat. Parents are responsible for providing and securing the child restraint seat in the van.
·	Vans may not be used to transport children to school.
·	Riders must display a respectful attitude toward drivers and fellow riders. Riders risk losing their WorkLink ID by engaging in unacceptable behavior.
·	Riders should report infractions or unpleasant circumstances to the driver, or by calling WorkLink at 412-351-2200.
